Function To stop focus operation and set manual mode.

Reference •In case of auto focus mode, cancels AF mode and set manual mode.
•To stop focus operation under focusing by manual mode.
•Flags in Focusing of Operation Status Request comes out zero and
Manual Focus comes out 1.
