2. Preliminary operations
Disconnect the service battery.
Remove the driver airbag.

3. Removal
CAUTION: WHEN PASSING THE HORN AND AIR BAG CONNECTORS THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL LIGHT; NO              
TRACTION OR OTHER STRESS IS ALLOWED ON ELECTRICAL HARNESSES AND CONNECTORS.

4. Rest
Proceed in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION: Position the wheels in a straight line.
WARNING: Pass the warning and air bag connectors in the steering wheel light; Do not pull
excessively on the connectors; Do not bend the electrical harnesses (curvature to be respected).
CAUTION: Replace the screw (2) sytematically with a new screw.
NOTE: Perform steering angle sensor calibration; Using the diagnostic tool (if necessary).
ATTENTION: Observe the tightening torques.
Tightening torque: Interior.



5. Complementary operations
Refit the driver airbag.
