ValleyForgeFlagwarrantstotheenduserthattheproductwillbefreefromdefectsin
materialandworkmanshipfor90days.
The90daylimitedwarrantyisafixed periodcommencingonthedateofpurchase.
Thedateonyoursalesreceiptisthedateofpurchase.Youmay berequiredtoprovide
proofofpurchaseasaconditionofreceivingwarrantyservice.
ValleyForgeFlag’slimitedwarrantycoversonlythosedefectsthatariseasaresultof
normaluseoftheproductanddoesnotcoveranyotherproblems,includingthosethat
ariseasaresultofimproperinstallation,modification,operatingoutsidetheproduct
specificationormisuse.
ValleyForgeFlagwill atitssolediscretionrepairorreplacethedefectiveproductwith
neworpreviouslyusedproductsorpartsthatareequivalenttonewin performanceand
reliability.
ValleyForgeshallhavenoobligationtorepairorreplaceuntilthecustomerreturnsthe
defectiveproducttoValleyForgeFlag.
Anyreplacementproductmay eitherbeneworlike–new,providedthatithas
functionalityatleastequaltothatoftheproductbeingreplaced.
WarrantyService
Underthetermsoftheserviceyouwillberequiredtoshipt he product toValleyForge
Flagforwarrantyrepair.Youmustprepaytheshippingcharges.Inaddition,youare
responsibleforinsuringtheproductshipped,andyouassumeriskoflossduring
shipping.ValleyForgewillreturnt he repairedorreplacementproducttoyouandpre
paytheshippingcostt oreturntheproducttoyou.
LimitationsofWarranty
Totheextentallowedbylocallaw,neitherValleyForgeFlagnoritsthirdpartysuppliers
makesanyotherwarrantyorconditionofanykind,whetherexpressorimplied
warrantiesorconditionsofmerchantability,satisfactoryquality,andfitnessfora
particularpurpose.
