• f o r a d j u s t i n g t h e g a p b e t w e e n d o o r :loosenscrew2onthe
shortestarmofthebi-foldhinge;tightenafteradjustment.
• f o r h e i g h t a d j u s t m e n t s :loosenscrews2onhingeplate,adjust
doorupordownandtightenscrew.
• f o r f o r w a r d a n d b a c k w a r d m o v e m e n t :adjustinnerscrew3on
thelongerarmofthehinge.
ADjUsT DRAwER AlIGNMENT (Figure2)
Ifdrawerdoesnotcloseevenly,manuallyadjustdrawerguidesocket.
Tocorrectdrawerguidealignment,adjustthedrawerguidemember
attachedfromthefrontedgeofthecabinettotheback,bymanually
realigningthebacksocket.Oncerealigned,besuretocheckthatthe
drawerguiderollersstayintheirtrackandoperatesmoothly.
INsTAll hARDwARE
Wheninstallinghandlesandpullsrememberthathardwooddoors
aresusceptibletosplinteringwhendrilled.
• Drillfromthefrontofthedoorthroughtothebackofthedoor
intoatightlyclampedpieceofwoodblockusinga3/16”drillbit.
• Atouchupmarkercanconcealsmallinstallationproblems.
• Forbi-foldcornercabinetdoors,countersinktheheadofthe
hardwarescrewtoavoidscratchingcabinetfaceframe.
INsTAll MoUlDING AND TRIM
• Mouldingcutsshouldbemadethroughthefaceofthemoulding
towardsitsback.
• Priortoattachingthemitercutstogether,paintthemiterwith
touch-upmarkers.
• Attachthemitertogetherusingaspray-onadhesive
like“miterpro”.
• Finally,shootbradnailthroughthemouldingtothefaceframeof
thecabinetbox.
