About This Variety: Wisteria Amethyst Falls ( Wisteria frutescens ‘Amethyst Falls’) is a good choice for smaller spaces as its rate of growth is much slower than the typical Asian wisterias. Blooms on young wood in its first year and is fragrant. Very adaptable throughout the garden and/or on the patio in a large container. A North American native selection. Growing Instructions: Dig a hole two times the width of the liner pot. Set top of root ball even with ground level.
