About This Variety: Rome Patio Peonies are specifically breed for container culture. Growing Instructions: These Peonies are best grown in pots sized 6-10”. The roots can be pruned back to fit the pot, but do not cut off the eyes. It is important to cover the entire root with about 1.5-2” of soil, as the eyes should never dry out. Good soil drainage and airy soil is best for good root development. Can be planted anytime from September through March.
