ASSEMBLE CLAMP

The Vanseal kit includes the following parts that

are easily assembled as shown.

• A. Horizontal Bar

• B. Threaded Rod

• C. 2-1/2” Tapped Spin Clamp

• D. 5” Tapped Spin Clamp

• E. (2) each Washers

• F. (2) each Lock Nuts

INSERT SPIN CLAMP

THROUGH SINK DRAIN

The Vanseal Sink Installation Clamp includes a 5” tapped

spin clamp that is designed to fit through a standard 3-1/2”

drain opening and a 2-1/2” tapped spin clamp to fit the

smaller lavatory sink drain.

SECURE THE SINK

TO COUNTER TOP

Both clamps may be used to quickly secure the sink to

the counter top while mounting hardware is attached and

silocone sets. Tighten the spin clamp until the sink is

securely held in place.

CAUTION: The Vanseal Clamp is capable of generating

a significant amount of torque and overtighening may

cause damange to the sink and/or counter top.

After glue has set, remove. The Vanseal Clamp can be

used over and over again.

NOTE: Two clamps are recommended for double bowl

sink installations.

• The Vanseal Clamp can be tightened from either side -- whether sink is clamped

in place while inverted in the shop or installed in an existing counter top.
