The 50-140 and 51-140 Isolators have been designed to operate in the most severe environments.
The 51-140 Isolator utilizes Schottky diodes, vs Silicon, to reduce the voltage drop associated with
current passing through them.

Mount on a flat surface with the fins in a vertical orientation to maximize
convection cooling efficiency.
The isolator has been designed to withstand limited exposure to direct
pressure spray. Mounting it in a location that exposes it to continual
direct pressure spray may reduce the serviceable life of the isolator.
