Warranty
For more than a century Vaughan has been identied with ne quality hand tools. However, we do
not provide a written warranty but pledge our continued eort to produce the nest quality products at
reasonable prices.
Nail hammers are designed to drive or pull common unhardened nails only. Any other application is
considered misuse. Abused hammers include tools struck on face, sides, claw and handle with another
hardened object. Misused or abused tools are NOT eligible for repair or replacement.
e milled face on hammers will wear during normal use. Worn milling is not eligible for repair or
replacement.
Hickory Handles subjected to overstrike breakage are NOT eligible for repair and/or replacement.
Replacement will be solely at the discretion of Vaughan & Bushnell Mfg Co. Nothing in this policy shall
be interpreted or construed as an express or implied warranty, all of which are excluded by Vaughan &
Bushnell Mfg Co.
We wish to advise that repair or replacements are monitored and excessive misuse of this policy will
result in any future claims being denied.
