Replacement keys
The ke y is a constituen t of the elec tronic
immobilizer. Ordering keys from a Vauxhall

operation of the electronic immobilizer. You
will avoid unnecessary costs, difficulties with
insurance companies when processing
claims and problems a sserting guarante e
claims.

Door locking and unlocking
From outside:
Mechanica lly – see pa ge 5,
radio frequency remote control – see page 52,
central locking system – see page 54.
From inside:
Push down or pull up lock button. To prevent
the driver from being in advertently locked out,
the button on the driver's door cannot be
de pr esse d when t he do or i s o p en.
Lock cylinders
De signed to free -wheel if they are forcef ully
rotated w ithout the c orrect key or if the
correct key is not fully inserted.
To reset, turn cylinder with the correct until its
slot is vertical, remove key and then re-insert
it. If cylinder still f re e-wheels, turn the ke y
throug h 180 ° a nd repeat ope ra tion.
Child safety lock
Push la tch on rear door lock downwards:
Door cannot be opened from inside.
Use the ch ild safe ty lock wh ene ver c hildren
are tra nsported on the rear seats.
Disregard ma y le ad to injuries or e ndan ger
life. Ve hicle passengers must be informed
acc ordingly.
