Head re st rai nt po si tio n
The idea l position for the upper edge of the
head restraint is le vel with the top of the head.
If th is is not po ssible fo r ve ry tall people , t he
restraint should be set to its highest position;
for short people, to its lowest position.

To fold down passenger seat backrest
(lu ggage c ompartment enlargemen t – see
page 68), remove head restraint. To do so,
re le ase the two springs by pressing them and
detach the head restraint.
Rear centre head restraint 3
If the centre rear seat is unoccupied, the head
restraint can be removed to improve visibility.
Release both springs by pressing, detach
h ead rest raint and place it in boo t on lef t-h and
wheel housing.
The cen tre head restraint must be fitted if the
ce ntre rear seat is occ upied.Disrega rd c an le ad to inju ries which could
be fatal. Vehicle passengers must be
informed a ccordingly.
