Charging NOTE: Use only the charger supplied by the manufacturer to recharge. ! IMPORTANT: Before first use, charge your unit for at least 24 hours. Power switch must be in the OFF position when unit is charging on base. If charging light is not illuminated, press ON/OFF button to assure unit is turned off.

IMPORTANT: For best results, clean the filter after each use. NOTE: For best performance, replace filter every six months. Emptying the dirt container Remove unit from base (Fig.5/1). Fig.5/4 NOTE: To improve vacuum performance the filter can be washed in cold water. Allow to air dry completly (at least 24 hours) before replacing back in the unit. Fig.5/6 Reattach dirt container by twisting to secure into place on the base (Fig.5/7). Fig.5/7 Return unit to base (Fig.5/8). Empty contents of dirt container into rubbish bin (Fig.5/5).

When these batteries no longer recharge or you want to dispose of the vacuum cleaner, call the Vax Careline on 0870 606 1248 for correct removal and disposal of the batteries.
