Getting started Using your machine Before you begin cleaning PLEASE READ ‘LET’S TALK SAFETY’ AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE USE • Always switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner before connecting or disconnecting the hose/attachments, or removing and emptying the dirt container. • The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for any reason the vacuum cleaner does overheat the thermostat will automatically turn the vacuum cleaner off.

Using your machine Taking care of your machine Attaching accessories to telescopic tube or handle Emptying and cleaning the dirt container TIP Press extension tube release button and lift handle to remove extension tube. Choose an accessory. Attach accessories to the end of extension tube or handle. Always hold the vacuum cleaner when using the hose or extension tube. Press the dirt container release button and pull to remove the dirt container.

Taking care of your machine Let’s talk technical Cleaning the shroud Removing debris from the brushbar TIP Turn the dirt container lid anti-clockwise and lift to remove. Grasp tab on filter and pull to remove. ! Lift the shroud from the dirt container and tap over a bin to remove dirt and debris. Grasp the centre of the shroud and pull to remove. Always make sure the shroud is fully dry and correctly fitted before replacing back into the machine.
