6.2.2 Verifying Quiet Slot DELTA Time = 10 (Mandatory)
The Quiet Slot DELTA Time must be set to 10. Check the back-
plane at segment E. Jumper these pins if they are not already
jumpered. These bits force the LINK module to increase the Quiet
Slot DELTA Time. See Table 6-3.
