Settings – total values – altitude gain
You can set the total altitude gain for the year on the VDO M4.
This can be done at the start of a new season or if you want
to transfer the data from your previous cycle computer to the
new VDO M4.
How to set the total altitude gain for the year:
Press and hold the SET button until the settings menu
opens.
Press the BIKE button to move from Totals to Settings.
Press the SET button to open the settings.
“Language” appears on the display.
Press the BIKE or ALTI button to scroll to the setting for
the Alti UP (altitude gain).
Press the SET button to open the settings.
You can set the altitude gain for bike 1 or bike 2.
Make this selection by pressing the BIKE or ALTI button.
Press the SET button to open the settings.
The setting opens.
The first digit on the left flashes. Press the BIKE button
to increase the value. Press the ALTI button to decrease
the value of this digit.
Press the SET button to confirm the value.
