11.3.32. ¬ £ LIMIT LO HI = residence times in the pulse ranges
Prerequisite: Only with running or stopped and not deleted capture of
stopwatch/timer/countdown/lap timer

selected training program (limit 1, 2, or 3), chapter 7.3.
