Over-load protection mode: when the output voltage is beyond limits, the fuse [10] on the back of the regulator melts to prevent damage to the regulator. To re-use the regulator, the fuse needs to be replaced by a new one with the same specifications. Reverse polarity protection: in order to prevent possible damage the regulator will not function when reversed connecting polarity is detected.

SOL10UC 5. Rev. 01 Installatie Monteer de regelaar op een droge locatie. Plaats de aan-uitschakelaar [6] op ‘off’. Koppel een herlaadbare batterij van 12 V (niet meegeleverd) aan aansluiting [9]. Respecteer de polariteit. Koppel een toestel (niet meegeleverd) aan aansluiting [4]. [7] of [8], of koppel een spanningsomvormer aan uitgang [5]. Opmerking: De stroom afkomstig van aansluiting [5] komt rechtstreeks van de batterij en wordt niet door de regelaar geregeld.
