VTSS5 5.4 Operation • Prerequisite for clean joints is the use of suited solder and a correct use of the soldering station. We recommend the use of solder with a resin flux core. Halogen containing solder should not be used in any case. Before the first uses, you should tin the new soldering tip. Switch on the soldering station and apply some solder to the soldering tip at a temperature of 200°C (temperature controller between scale 2 and 3).

Réglez la température [2] entre le deuxième et le troisième niveau. Patientiez quelques instants et faites fondre l’étain. Augmentez légèrement la température du fer [2] lorsque l’étain ne fond pas et réessayez. 5.

VTSS5 5.5 Uso No haga demasiada presión en la punta durante la (de)soldadura para evitar daños. 6. Mantenimiento de la punta • • El soldador alcanza temperaturas muy elevadas. Desconecte el aparato antes de limpiarlo. • No se olvide de estañar la punta antes de colocarla en el soporte, antes de desactivar el dispositivo o durante un largo periodo de inactividad. Antes de empezar, limpie la punta con una esponja húmeda o con nuestro limpiador (referencia VTSTC).

Im Repa araturfall darf die Lötstation nurr von dafür ausg gebildetem Fach hpersonal geöffnet und repariert werden.
VTSS5 3. Die Lötspitze [5] wird in den Schaft [6] eingesteckt und durch eine Überwurfmutter am Lötkolben befestigt. Der Wechsel der Lötspitze darf nur am erkalteten Lötkolben durchgeführt werden. Dazu die Überwurfmutter am Lötkolben lösen und die Lötspitze vorsichtig herausziehen. Die Schraubverbindung sollte regelmäßig auf einen stabilen Sitz überprüft und gegebenenfalls nachgezogen werden. Hinweis: der Lötkolben darf auf keinen Fall ohne Lötspitze betrieben werden. 5.
VTSS5 • Sie müssen die Spitze immer verzinnen bevor Sie den Lötkolben in die Halterung stellen, das Gerät ausschalten oder langfristig nicht verwenden. VTSS5 5.4 Funcionamento • Uma soldadura correcta faz-se nas seguintes condições: utilize um fio de estanho adequado e utilize • a estação de soldar de forma correcta. Utilize fio de estanho para electrónica com alma de resina. Nunca utilize resinas halógenas. Estanhe a ponta antes da primeira utilização. Ligue a estação de soldar e deixe fundir um pouco de solda na ponta a uma temperatura de aproximadamente 200°C (regulador de temperatura entre o segundo e o terceiro nível).
VTSS5 • Desaperte a rosca do ferro de soldar e retire qualquer vestígio de oxidação no cilindro do ferro de soldar. Não retire a ponta durante a soldadura (risco de queimaduras). Se a ponta se soltar, desligue a estação de soldar e deixe arrefecer o ferro de soldar até que tenha alcançado a temperatura ambiente antes de voltar a apertar a rosca. • Uma vez extraída a ponta, elimine a sujidade do suporte da ponta.
