This circuit forces AGC high before recording, and low after recording is started. So when recording device always starts
from recording silence and then keeps recording at high signal input level. Thus avoids feeding excessive strong signal to the
device at beginning, while maintains high level recording after. This circuit delivers higher playback volume.
