Troubleshooting
your Shades
Issue: “I can’t manually open my solar shades.”
Resolution: Release the shade gears and
manually move the shade to reset it.
Current solar shades can be manually
operated by pushing the bottom bar that
travels with the fabric, towards the glass,
at the same time pulling the top portion of
the bar away from the glass, making the bar
pivot. This releases the gears from the track,
allowing them to move freely on the track.
