Lifetime Limited Warranty
eLigibiLity -
Universal Consumer Products, Inc. (the “Warrantor”), is pleased
to extend this Lifetime Limited Warranty to you, the original consumer of the
Veranda Vinyl Fence product. This Warranty is valid for Veranda Vinyl Fence
material used in standard residential applications and may not be assigned or
transferred by you.
Warranty PeriOd - Lifetime Limited Warranty - Warrantor at its
option will repair or replace any Veranda Vinyl Fence product used in a fence
application which warps, bows, sags, peels, flakes, splinters, corrodes, rusts
or abnormally discolors for as long as you own the product. This Warranty does
not cover costs of installation, removal or reinstallation. This Warranty does
not cover variations in color or fading. Warrantor’s sole obligation is limited to
repair or replacement of the defective product. If a claim is made under this
Warranty for a product that is no longer available, Warrantor reserves the right
to substitute replacement with a similar product of equivalent quality and value
at Warrantor’s discretion.
LimitatiOnS On Warranty - The Warranty does not apply to any product
which is damaged by physical abuse, acts of God, acts of war, or other chemical
or biological factors; or has not been installed in accordance with Warrantor’s
installation guidelines and local building codes; or placed under or subjected to
abnormal residential use conditions; or has been used, modified or otherwise
treated in any manner other than as intended by Warrantor. Failure to follow
any instructions, restrictions or warnings supplied with the product shall make
the Warranty null and void and of no further effect. Any construction or use of
this product must be in accordance with all local zoning and/or building codes.
The consumer assumes all risk and liability associated with the construction,
installation or use of this product. The consumer or contractor should take all
necessary steps to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project, includ-
ing, but not limited to, wearing the appropriate safety equipment. Warrantor
reserves the right to investigate any claim and to inspect the materials on which
the claim is made.
Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do
not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation and exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
CLaim PrOCedUre - To make a claim under this Warranty to receive replace-
ment product, the original owner must, within ninety (90) days of actual or
constructive notice of damage covered by this Warranty, do the following:
(1) Prepare a letter which includes the following:
 •Alistofthenumberofpiecesandthesizeofeachpieceforwhich
the claim is made.
 •ProofofPurchaseoftheproduct,asshownontheoriginalinvoice.
 •ProofofWarranty,suchastheoriginalendtagfromtheproduct,
copy of the mark on the product or other evidence.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE POR VIDA DE LA CERCA DE VINILO
ELIGIBILIDAD - Universal Consumer Products, Inc. (el “Garante”), tiene el placer de
extenderle a usted el consumidor original del producto Cerca de Vinilo Veranda esta
Garantía limitada de por vida. Esta garantía es válida para el material para la Cerca de
Vinilo Veranda usado en aplicaciones residenciales estándar y no puede ser asignada
o transferida por usted.
GARANTÍA - GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE POR VIDA - El Garante, a su opción, reparará
o reemplazará cualquier producto Cerca de Vinilo Veranda, que se use en una apli-
cación de cerca, que se combe, arquee, hunda, pele, descascare, corroa, oxide o que
se descolore abnormalmente, por el tiempo que usted sea dueño del producto. Esta
garantía no cubre los costos de instalación, remoción o reinstalación. Esta garantía
no cubre variaciones de color o desteñimiento. La única obligación del Garante está
limitada a reparar o reemplazar el producto defectuoso. Si se hace un reclamo bajo
esta Garantía para un producto que ya no se ofrece, el Garante se reserva el derecho
de sustituir el reemplazo con un producto similar de calidad y valor equivalente de
acuerdo a la discreción del Garante.
LIMITACIONES DE LA GARANTÍA - La Garantía no se aplica a ningún producto dañado
por abuso físico, fuerza mayor, actos de guerra o por otros factores químicos o biológi-
cos; o si no ha sido instalado de acuerdo con las pautas de instalacióñ del Garante y los
códigos locales de construcción; o puesto bajo, o sujetado a, condiciones abnormales
de uso en residencias; o ha sido usado, modificado o tratado de cualquier otra forma
no concebida por el Garante. El no seguir cualquiera de las instrucciones, restricciones
o advertencias provistas con el producto anulará e invalidará la Garantía y no tendrá
más efecto. Cualquier construcción o uso de este producto debe estar de acuerdo con
todos los códigos locales de planificación urbana y/o construcción.
El consumidor asume todo riesgo y responsabilidad asociados con la construc-
ción o uso de este producto. El consumidor o contratista debe tomar todos los
pasos necesarios para garantizar la seguridad de todos los involucrados en el
proyecto, incluyendo pero no limitándose al uso del equipo apropiado de seguridad.
El Garante se reserva el derecho de investigar cualquier reclamo y de inspeccionar
los materiales sobre los cuales se hace el reclamo.
El Garante no sera responsible de ningún daño imprevisto o consiguiente. Algunos
estados no permiten limitaciones sobre cuanto tiempo dura una garantía implícita
y/o no permiten la exclusión de daños imprevistos o consiguientes, de modo que las
limitaciones y exclusiones susodichas pueden no aplicarse a usted. Esta Garantía le
ofrece derechos legales específicos y usted puede también tener otros derechos que
varían de estado a estado.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECLAMACIÓN -Para hacer un reclamo bajo esta Garantía para
recibir un producto de reemplazo, el propietario original debe hacer lo siguiente, dentro
de noventa (90) días de notar el daño real o constructivo cubierto por esta Garantía:
(1) Preparar una carta que incluya lo siguiente:
 •Unalistadelnúmerodepiezasydeltamañodecadapiezaporlacualse
hace el reclamo.
 •Pruebadecompradelproducto,comosemuestraenlafacturaoriginal.
 •PruebadeGarantía,talcomolaetiquetaoriginaldelextremodelproducto,
copia de la marca en el producto u otra evidencia.

EL GARANTE NO OTORGA NINGUNA GARANTÍA EXPLÍCITA DE COMERCIABILIDAD O
CONVENIENCIA DEL PRODUCTO PARA UN USO ESPECÍFICO. NO HAY NINGUNA OTRA
GARANTÍA QUE SE EXTIENDA MÁS ALLÁ DE LO DESCRITO EN EL TEXTO DE ESTE
