4 Save the shipping carton and packing material for future repacking or moving
of the device.
5 Remove and inspect the following items:
• e235 unit
• USB-C cable (Lightning-USB-C cable is not supported)
6 Remove the clear protective film from the unit.
7 Save the shipping carton and packing material for future repacking or moving
the device.
CAUTION
Do not use a tampered or damaged unit. The terminal comes equipped with
tamper-evident labels. If a label or component appears damaged, please notify
the shipping company and your Verifone service provider immediately.
NOTE
Charge the e235 device for eight hours before initial use.
