Wireless
Transaction
M424 supports wireless transactions. Wireless transactions occur when initialized
by an application.

Privacy Shield
The privacy shield is used to deter the visual observation of PIN values as they
are being entered by the cardholder during a transaction.

Installing the Privacy
Shield
To install a privacy shield:
1 Ensure the device's surface is clean and free of dirt or debris.
2 Remove release liner and adhere the privacy shield by aligning the shield into
the keypad recess in a downward motion.
3 Press down firmly and hold for thirty seconds to ensure adhesive bonding.
