Shipping the NURIT 8400
In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to ship your
NURIT 8400 to a servicing facility.
To ship the NURIT 8400:
1. Carefully pack the NURIT 8400, preferably in its original
box.
2. Send the package prepaid and adequately insured.
Technical Assistance
Contact your VeriFone representative or service provider for
technical assistance and ordering information regarding
specific components or accessories.
Caution
• Never use abrasive compounds or solvents,
thinners, benzene or synthetic cleansers.
• Never clean the keypad with liquids. Use only a
lightly dampened cloth or soft brush.
• Never rub or strongly press on the LCD display.
Note
• Notify a VeriFone representative or service
provider before shipping the NURIT 8400. In some
cases, you may be required to attach a letter to the
package detailing the problem and including
product information such as the serial number and
the date of purchase.
• Shipment must be to an authorized representative
or service center only. Contact your VeriFone
representative for the correct address.
