2. Contact your VeriFone distributor or service provider and
give them the information described in Step 1 above.
3. Describe the problem(s) and provide the shipping address
where the repaired or replacement unit will be returned.
4. Be sure to keep records of the following items:
VeriFone Serial Number, Product ID, and the MAN and
MSN numbers that are assigned to the Omni 3200M
terminal you are returning for service or repair.
Shipping documentation, such as airbill numbers,
which you can use to trace the shipment.
