Back View
The back panel includes the following features:

A 128 x 32 pixel LCD display
• Two types of keys on the capacitive touch keypad:
a A 12-key keypad
b Three color-coded function keys below the keypad
• An optional 2D imager located on top of the device for scanning barcodes; an
audible “beep” indicates a successful scan
• Action buttons located on both sides to turn on the optional barcode reader
• A CTLS LED that acts as CTLS signal
• An optional smart card reader on top of the LED meter (See Using a Smart
Card to Conduct Transactions (Optional)
)
• An optional CTLS/NFC antenna below the LED meter for contactless
payments
Power Port
The VX 600 provides a power port to connect to an external power source. The
device uses the same power adapter as the iPhone.
Micro-USB Port
The VX 600 also provides a micro-USB port to connect to a host computer
through a standard USB to Micro-USB cable (VPN CBL000-021-01-A).
