Device Features
Before you continue the installation process, notice the features of the VX 600
Bluetooth Agnostic (see
Figure 2 and Figure 3).
Front View
• The front panel includes the following features:

• A 2D imager (Barcode reader) located on top of the device for scanning
barcodes; an audible “beep” indicates a successful scan
• A smart card reader on top of the CTLS LEDs for conducting smart card
transactions. (See
Using the Smart Card Reader)
• CTLS LEDs that act as CTLS signal indicators.
• A 128 x 32 pixel monochrome LCD display
• Action buttons located on both sides to turn on the optional barcode reader
• A CTLS functionality below the LCD display for contactless payments.
• A power button located on the right side of the VX 600 Bluetooth Agnostic to
power on/reset the device.
