To avoid electrocution, do not operate this lamp near water.
Do not use with power supply voltage other than 120 VAC.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug. A polarized plug
has two blades with one wider than the other. The wider blade is provided
for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
To prevent risk of shock or personal injury when cleaning this lamp, make
sure you have turned it off and unplugged it. Allow sufficient time for the
bulb to cool.
Do not operate lamp in close proximity to flammable or combustible
vapors, such as aerosol spray products, or where oxygen is being
administered.
Do not cut or shorten the power cord.
This bulb contains a trace amount of mercury. For more information on
