If you are experiencing any trouble, try here first for some quick fixes to common problems.
Can’t login to the Web UI
If you can’t access the Web UI, it might be an issue with your device or computer’s proxy or IP address sengs. Make sure that proxy sengs are
disabled and that your device or computer can be allocated an IP address on the network by the gateway’s DHCP server. You’ll need to check the
support for your device or computer’s operang system, e.g. Windows, Mac OS, for detailed instrucons how to do this.
