6. Install the external antennas for improved 4G LTE signal strength:
External antennas are shipped with the router and have to be installed. See Insert the
SIM Card on page 10.
Troubleshoot Internet Browsing
If your router can locate an IP address but your computer is unable to load any web pages
from the Internet:
• T
he traffic meter is on and the limit has been reached.
By changing the traffic meter not to block your connection when the limit is reached, you
can re
sume Internet access.Your ISP may charge you for any overages.
• Y
our computer may not recognize any Domain Name System (DNS) server addresses.
A DNS server is a host that translates Internet names (such as www addresses) to
nu
meric IP addresses. If you entered a DNS address during the
router’s configuration,
reboot your computer and verify the DNS address. Or, setup your computer manually
with DNS addresses.
• Y
our computer may not have the router configured as its Transmission Control Protocol
(TCP)/IP router.
If your computer gets its information from the router by Dynamic Host Configuration
Pro
tocol (DHCP), reboot the computer, and verify the router address.
