4.  Register on SureResponse Online 
at sureresponse.verizonwireless.com.
 Once 
registered, you can add your personal 
information, add caregivers and other required 
information. 
NOTE:  
•  Charging could take a few hours based on the 
current charge level. 
•  If the Personal Wearable Device is not activated 
during the third attempt: 
•  A voice recording will inform you that the Personal 
Wearable Device failed to activate and you should 
either retry using an alternate cellular or landline 
phone in an outside location or call Verizon 
Wireless Customer Support at 800-922-0204. 
•  The Docking Station Charger comes paired with 
the Personal Wearable Device at the time of 
purchase. If you need to pair your device, see 
page 26 for instructions.
