HOW TO USE THE WORLD CLOCK

This procedure lets you choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time display format.
1. While the World Map is displayed, press the

key to select the “TIME FOR-
MAT” screen.

keys, to select 12-hour or 24-hour dis-
play for “LOCAL-TIME1,” “LOCAL-TIME2,” and
“WORLD CITY LIST.”
When “SEC” is set to “ON”, the “seconds” digits will
be shown in the Local Time indication, at the top right
corner of the display.
Advice: If you press the
[
KEY6
(
SECADJ
)]
key, the
“seconds” indication will reset to “00.” Use this to sync
your clock to a time standard such as WWV.
3. When all settings are complete, press and hold in the
[
KEY7
(
SELECT
)]
key for 2 seconds to exit.


