Double-click a personal status to view its properties.
A personal status consists of the following:
A personal status icon and a name, such as Available. These appear next to your name in the
Extensions list, so that other Wave users can see at a glance whether you are in the office and
available or not. Likewise, by looking at the Extensions list you can see the personal status of other
users.
