Chapter 7: Running Contact Center Reports

To run a Contact Center report
1 In ViewPoint, choose Tools > Reports. The Contact Center Reporter dialog opens.
2 Double-click the name of the report that you want to run. The report template for that
report opens in Microsoft Excel and shows the options most recently selected for that
report.
If the following prompt regarding macros appears while Excel is opening, check
Always
trust macros from this source
. Then click Enable Macros.
