Setting individual report options
The Options dialog opens automatically whenever you run a report so you can specify the report
parameters. You can also click
Report Options on the Reporter toolbar to change a report’s
parameters and run it again, for example, with a different date range.
Different reports offer different options. For example, the following example shows the Options
dialog for the Call Transfer report.
Other reports have different or additional options. See the individual report descriptions starting
on page 7-21 for a description of the available options for each report.
When you are done specifying options for a report, click
OK in the Options dialog to run the
report.
