Reading the Call Transfer report
Report tab
The Report tab displays the following information in a bar chart:
Transfer Target. Each party to whom a call was transferred is labeled along the x-axis of
the report.
Number of Transfers. Total number of transfers per transfer target. Displayed as bars, and
read against the left y-axis of the report.
