Reading the Grouped Service Level report
Report tab
The Report tab displays the following information in a stacked bar chart:
Wait Time (sec). Wait times in 5-second intervals are labeled along the x-axis of the
report.
% of Calls. Percentage of the total number of calls per each 5-second wait time interval.
Displayed as bars, and read against the left y-axis of the report. The total number of calls
is displayed at the bottom of the report.
