The ExtensionSettings table
Many types of Wave extensions (users, auto attendants, queues, etc.) have an entry in the
ExtensionSettings table.
Agent table
Each agent in a queue results in a record in this table.
Name Description
ID
Same number as the corresponding record in the PhoneBookEn-
try table.
Number Extension number.
UserType
0 = Normal user
1 = ACD workgroup user. This feature is not currently supported.
Use this column and EntryType in the PhoneBookEntry table to
find out if a record is for a normal user or a queue.
LastAppliedStatusID The current personal status. Refer to the PersonalStatus record.
Name Description
QueueID Refer to PhoneBookEntry record.
UserID Refer to PhoneBookEntry record.
Observer
0 = Signed in.
1 = Signed out.
RealObserver
0 = Agent.
1 = Observer.
