QueueSkills table
Each skill defined in a queue has a record in this table.
SkillReqLog table
For each skill requirement of a call, there is a record in this table.
UserPSChange table
Each user personal status change results in a record in this table.
Name Description
QueueID Refer to PhoneBookEntry record of the queue
SkillID Refer to QueueSkillDefinitions record of the skill.
Name Description
ID Unique identifier of a record.
CallID Refer to the record in the CallLog table.
SkillID Refer to the record in the QueueSkillDefinitions table.
MinReq Minimum requirement for the skill of the call.
MaxReq Maximum requirement for the skill of the call.
Name Description
ID Unique identifier of a record.
PbeID Refer to the user's PhoneBookEntry record.
StartTime The time of the change.
StatusID
The personal status a user changed to, reference the Personal-
Status table record.
Duration The duration user stayed in this personal status.
