To set external Caller ID for a queue
1 Click the Queue \ External Caller ID tab.

Select one of the following:
Use external caller ID from General Settings. External Caller ID as specified via the
General Settings applet is sent as Caller ID number for outbound calls from the
queue. (See Chapter 16 in the Wave Global Administrator Guide for more about
configuring system-wide Caller ID settings via the General Settings applet.)
Send company name and main number. Company name and main number (as
specified via the General Settings applet) is sent as Caller ID number for outbound
calls from the queue. (See Chapter 3 in the Wave Global Administrator Guide for
more about entering basic system information via the General Settings applet.)
Send station name and this number. The name associated with the station as well as
the number that you specify is sent as Caller ID number for outbound calls from the
queue.
