Choosing the language for a queue’s phone prompts
To choose a language for a queue’s phone prompts
1 Click the Audio tab in the Queue dialog.
2 From the
Telephone prompts drop-down list, choose the language in which the phone
prompts play to callers in the queue. The list shows the languages that you have installed
with Wave.
3 Click
OK to save the queue as defined so far or go to the next section, “Recording a voice
title for a queue.”
