Examples of the shortcut Target statement
The following are examples of how the shortcuts
Target field might look:

The chart for the Wait by Outcome1.xls report is sent to the printer.

Reports\Trunk Performance.xls -C -T
The chart and the data sheet for the Trunk Performance Report are sent to the printer.

The User Activity report is written to the file Fred_Sanders.xls in the Reports directory
(Note no quotes around the file path).
Using the Report Runner
When running or scheduling reports automatically with the Report Runner, you must do the
following:
1. Run the report manually for the user you want and for the period you want.
2. Clear all sheets except for the “Report Options” sheet. (Click the top left cell to select all,
then press
Delete.)
