1 Preface Thank you for choosing this smart phone. 1.1 Insert SIM card and battery Long press Power key for 3s to turn it off; Remove the back cover from the gap at the end side of the phone; Remove the battery. Insert SIM1 (per the mark “SIM1” on the card slot. The contactor shall face down (note the notch on the SIM card is in line with the slot). Push the SIM card inwards from the card slot until it absolutely fits the slot. Insert SIM2 in the same manner.
Charging port is at the right side of this device below the screen, let the charger arrow towards the screen, insert the charger plug into the screen, and connect the charger to the standard power supply socket. After the charger is inserted, the battery intensity icon on the upper right of the screen starts running, which means the battery begins charging. When it is charged full, the icon stops running and the battery icon on the screen comes full .
2 Interface 2.1 Home screen Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing on your phone, simply touch HOME to return to Home screen. The home screen is your starting point for using applications on your phone. You can customize your Home screen as you like. To add a Home screen item, touch and hold an empty area to access the context menus, choose wallpaper from items.
Screen lock :To unlock the screen, touch Status & Notifications: Icons at the top of your screen show notifications . (like a new email or and flick to . message ) on the left, and phone status on the right. Flick the bar down and touch a notification to the right to remove it. Widgets: Show current times. Favorites Tray Shortcuts: To touch the shortcuts App & Widget List: To show all of the apps and widgets, touch Apps. 2.
If you want to select input methods, you can flick the status bar down. Touch ,you can switch input methods . 2.3 Applications The applications tab holds all applications on your phone. All applications that you downloaded and installed from Android Market or from the web are also added to the Application tab.
To open an application, press Home Key, touch application tab, and slide your finger up/down to choose an application. To manage and remove installed applications, you can go to Settings > Applications > Manage applications. To make a call, touch a phone number in Contacts, an Email, a text message or anywhere on your phone. You can also enter the phone number manually by virtual keypad and dial directly. To answer a call, drag the green phone icon to the right.
3 Phone Call 3.1 Making a call 1. Click "Phone" icon on Quick Tool bar on main screen to enter the dial screen. 2.On Home screen, touch -> Click "Phone" to enter the dial screen. Touch the on-screen dial pad to enter a number, touch ‘Delete’ button to delete numbers you have entered. Touch & hold to delete all the numbers in the field. To dial a number press 3.
4 Contacts The contacts on your phone are synced with your account contacts stored on the Web. To view the contacts on your phone, touch and select Contacts 4.1 Add a contact 1. 5 Messaging To open the SMS & MMS Messaging application, on the Home screen, then touch and select the Messaging icon. About text and multimedia messages SMS messages are also known as “text” messages and can each be around 160 characters. If you continue to type after the limit is reached, your message will be delivered as one, but count as more than one message. These are called “concatenated” messages.
1. Touch ‘Compose’ icon. The Compose screen opens. 2. Add recipients by typing a name, phone number, or email address in the ‘To’ field. Matching contacts will appear. Select the recipient or continue typing. Add as many recipients as you wish. If you send the message to an email address, the message will automatically convert from a text to a multimedia message. 3. To add a subject, press MENU and select ‘Add subject’. If you add a subject, the message will convert to a multimedia message. 4.
6 Camera & Gallery All the pictures you can capture or view on your phone are stored on Phone storage or SD card (Micro SD card), and the Storage location depends on the settings, which you can change it via Camera settings> Storage save path. If you do not insert a Micro SD card, the pictures will store in Phone storage by default. Load pictures onto your memory card Read the instructions below to add pictures to your Micro card or the phone storage. 1.
To play video files, press Home key, touch application tab and touch Videos icon. Touch a video you want to watch in the video list to play. View your pictures To view the pictures you’ve captured, as well as any you’ve stored on your memory card or the phone storage, go to Gallery application: 1. To open Pictures, on the Home screen, touch and select Gallery icon. 2. Depending on how many pictures you’ve stored, they may take a few minutes to load. 3.
7 Music Music only plays audio files saved on SD card. Please insert SD card correctly before playing music. At any level in your music library, touch and hold a list (a song, artist, album or playlist) to open the context menu. Select a song to play and go to the playback screen.
8 Browser To open the Browser, touch and select Browser icon. The Browser always opens to the last Web page you were viewing. The first time you enter the Browser after powering on, your home page will display. You can change your home page by pressing MENU > Settings >General > Set homepage. Zoom and navigation in Web pages While viewing a Web page, you can press MENU and select Settings > >Advanced >Default zoom to set the zoom controls. Slide your fingertip in any direction to shift your page view.
9 Clock The clock have four functions, such as Alarm, World Time, Stopwatch, Timer. Alarm To open Alarm Clock, on the Home screen, then touch and select Clock icon. The Alarm clock offers as many alarms as you want. Set an alarm Alarm: Touch the alarm icon to turn alarm on (checked) or off (cleared). This is the same alarm icon that appears on the main Alarm Clock screen. To begin, select one of the default alarms to open Alarm settings.
Timer You can touch the to start run the timer after set time.
10 Calendar Calendar views You can view your calendar in a variety of ways. Touch the date on the left-top of the screen to select from Day, Week, Month or Agenda. 1. Day view Days are divided into hour time slots. Events are shown tiled and span the time they last. All-day events are displayed at the top of the day list. View event details - Highlight an event to open a small pop up window that provides more event information.
11 Calculator To open Calculator, on the Home screen, then touch and select the Calculator icon. The Calculator offers two panels: basic and advanced. Switch back and forth between panels by pressing Menu key and selecting ‘Advanced panel’ or ‘Basic panel’, as you wish. Calculator panels Two calculator’s panels are available: basic and advanced. Use the Basic panel to enter numbers and perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
12 Search To search your phone, press Search Key to open the search bar. Type in what you’d like to search, the search results will be listed under the search bar. To make search faster, you can select the search type like All, Web, Apps, Contacts or others.
13 Other applications You can find several games and practical application in your phone, Such as Gmail, Maps, Play Store, You can enjoy your entertainment life easily.
14 Settings 14.1 Dual SIM settings You can personalize the name of Card slot one and Card slot two. You can set Reply by original SIM in functions like Making a call, SMS, MMS and Internet. After the setting, you can use the current card to reply calls, SMS, MMS and Internet. 14.2 Wireless & networks You can set the airplane mode .if you open the airplane mode.disable all wireless connections. You can set WLAN .APN and Bluetooth. 14.
15 Maintenance of Mobile Phone Mobile phone is a high-precision electronic product, so please take good care of it. The following suggestions can help you preserve it and lengthen its useful life: Put mobile phone and its accessories to the place where children are out of reach. Keep mobile phone dry. Rain, moisture or water may erode circuit board. If mobile phone falls into water carelessly, take battery out in time and send it to local authorized service center immediately.
