Situation Corrective Measure
Can not connect the VST Gateway via
wireless Wi-Fi.
▶ Place VST Gateway and home router as close as possible.
▶ Due to network environment issues, the VST Gateway and Router may fail to
authenticate after being connected.
- Connect the VST Gateway to the router via LAN cable. (Wire registration)
- Check the WLAN security settings of the router.
- Press the Reset button on the VST Gateway once to reset and try again.
No available router found.
▶ Make sure the router is working properly.
▶ Make sure that the SSID and password of the router are set correctly.
Can not connect to boiler or water heater
or check status information.
▶ The server connection LED lights up green when the VST Gateway and the boiler /
water heater are normally communicating with the server.
▶ Check the connection of the RS-485 cable to the VST Gateway and make sure that the
settings are set correctly.
▶ Ensure that the RS-485 cable and LAN cable are connected to the correct port.
