Question: Which is coldest setting 5, 7, 9, or 11?
Answer: The ( - ) symbol is negative degrees. If you watch as the machine cools it
usually starts around 25 degrees and starts to make slush around negative degrees and
the compressor turns off around negative 4 to 6 degrees.
Question: The machine may appear to ice up outside the bowl
Answer: Completely normal. It's just the condensation from moisture in the air.
Question: How to purchase the gallon tanks?
Answer: The machine comes with 3.5 gal bowls (i.e., "tanks"). Some accessories can
be purchased by contacting us
Question: How much time it takes to cool down after refilling
Answer: It takes about 40 minutes
Question: Not open at night to shut down the machine?
Answer: Try to keep the machine in night mode to prevent drinks from spoiling.
