IV Installation

1. Recipe

Attention:Inthisrecipe,theproportionbetweenmilkpowerandsugariseconomytype.Itcannotbereducedanymore,orit
will freezeand stick on the pan. If content of sugarisless this proportion or substitute saccharin forsugar. Stabilizeris to
improveemulsificationandoverrun
andpreventfromfreezing.
2. Prepareicecreammix
1) Allmaterialsasabovetable
2) Allmaterialsintocontainerandmixitslowlyandequality
3) Pouringdrinkwater,mixingitrapidly,assureallthemixerhavedissolved(theboiledwateristhehalfofthetotalwater)

Putintosomeessence,pigmentandwater,mixingitwhenputthepowder,makesureallthemixerhavedissolved
Attention:Themixershouldbe mixerequallyand dissolvedcompletely.Be surethereis notgrainin themixing.All
materialsand utensil should meet the Hegelianrequired.Above
twotimes inputwater volume should meet the Hegelian
requiredweight.
3. Unpackandinspect
1) Openthewoodencasebyscrewdriver
2) Removethefoam
3) Cutoffthewrappingtape
4) Inspectcarefullywhetherthereisdefectiveappearanceornot
5) Checktheaccessorieswithpackinglist.

Removethefixingboltandfixingfeetthatareatthebottomofthemachine,pushthemachine,letthefront‐wheeldrive
falltothe ground,andthentakeoutthe woodenbase,letthefourwheels grounded.(Directlyliftthemachinetothe
groundoronthetable
ifthemachineistabletype)
4. Installation
1) Locationselect
a. Placethemachineonalevelcounterthatisstableandstrongenoughtosafelysupportitsweight.
b. Placethemachineinalocationthatallowsadequatespaceatthebackandeachsideforproperventilation.
