Videos can be added to the project by clicking on the Add a Video to the Current Project
button. This will bring up the Video Source Panel shown in Figure 6.5.

Video can be captured from a Digital Video camera, taken directly from a Digital Video file
stored on the computer, or taken from a series of images stored on the computer. To capture
video from a file, the From File radio button and the Select button must be clicked, as shown in
Figure 6.6.
