High Speed Dome Cameras
The high-performance Vicon speed dome systems are premium quality security devices providing user friendly
functionality thanks to Vicon’s lengthy experience in this market sector.
The domes offer high performance picture quality even under extremely difficult light conditions. Further prod-
uct benefits of the domes include amongst others; easy installation and serviceability as well as the highest
technical reliability.
S10 Mini Dome
Rated at IP 66 the S10 mini high speed dome with 3.8 - 38 mm varifocal
autoiris zoom lens is designed for outdoor as well as for indoor applications
and is available as colour or true day/night version. A special adapter
included in delivery makes the unit compatible with Vicon’s line of Surveyor
VFT® mounting options for wall, ceiling or pendant configurations.
The S10 provides video transmission over coaxial cable.
SVFT® High Speed Dome Series
The Surveyor VFT® dome systems are the latest models from Vicon
Industries’ long history of industry-leading dome products. The SVFT®
dome provides the flexibility needed for today’s analogue and network
based system requirements.
DIP switch selectable protocols eliminate the need for external translators.
The basic Surveyor VFT® provides video transmission over coaxial cable.
Options are available that provide TCP/IP (ViconNet®), fiber-optic and
twisted-pair (UTP) video transmission. Each of these options includes an
interface board that allows the specific type of video transmission.
There are three camera types available, each with NTSC and PAL versions.
The basic model is a 22X high-resolution camera/lens. The second version
is a 23X day/night camera/lens and the third is a 35X day/night camera/
lens featuring wide dynamic range (WDR).
All models are available as standard, pressurised (PR) or impact resistant
(M) versions.
Control
All these high speed dome cameras can be programmed and operated using
any NOVA or Pilot matrix systems or digital recorders from the Kollector,
NEXVS
VI
or VDR series.
The configuration can be done either by using a Vicon keypad or virtually
via the management software including ViconNet®, SATctrl or NEXVS
VI
Manager.
