stands for.
These network-compatible MPEG-4 digital recorders that are available as 4-, 8- or 16-channel models offer all
essential performance requirements of a professional recording system.
With the latest VDR-4xx series Vicon is able to offer high quality, real-time recording (25 fps per channel) with
audio.
The logical user interface of the supplied network software includes simple operation and evaluation. The
included MultiViewer software is able to display camera pictures from numerous VDR recorders at different
sites can be viewed from one network PC.
In addition to an integrated CD-RW writer, all VDR-4xx models come with a USB 2.0 front port so that data can
be exported to a USB memory stick (automatically together with the appropriate replay software) or even via
network.
