ThePurchasershallindemnifytheCompanyagainstalldamages,penalties,
costsandexpensestowhichtheCompanymay
becomeliableifanyworkdoneinaccordancewiththePurchaser’sspecificationinvolvesaninfringementofaregistereddesign
orpatent.
EXCHANGERATES
UnlessotherwiseagreedbytheCompanyinwriting,thepurchaseprice
specifiedontheinvoice,subjecttotheseTerms,willbe
paidinEuros
andnoallowancewillbe madeintheeventofanyfluctuationofexchangerates.


WARRANTY

VICONEQUIPMENTWARRANTY

VICONDeutschlandGmbHwarrantsitsequipmenttobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormalusefrom
thedateofinvoiceforaperiodoftwoyears.

Suchdefectswillberepairedorreplaced,attheoptionoftheCompany,providedtheequipmenthasbeenauthorisedfor
returnbytheCompanyandreturnshipmentisprepaid.

Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytoequipmentshowingabuseordamage,ortopartswhichinthejudgementoftheCompanyare
notdefective,nordoesitextendtoanyequipmentwhichmayhavebeentamperedwith,alteredorrepairedoutsidethe
Company’spremises.Anydamagecausedbyaccidentintransitor
elsewhere,byfailuretoprovideproperpacking,byfailureto
observeinstructionsforinstallation,operationandmaintenanceascontainedintheInstructionManualfurnishedwithGoods
supplied,orfromuseofequipmentinconjunctionwithincompatibleequipmentwillnotbecoveredbythewarranty.

THISWARRANTYISINLIEUOFALLOTHERCONDITIONSANDWARRANTIESEXPRESSEDORIMPLIEDINCLUDINGANYWARRANTY
OFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSANDTHEREMEDYOFSUCHWARRANTYSHALLBEILIEUOFALLOTHERREMEDIES
AVAILABLETOTHEPURCHASER.

NooneisauthorisedtoassumeanyliabilityonbehalfoftheCompanyorimposeanyobligationsonitinconnectionwiththe
saleofanyequipmentotherthanisoutlinedabove.Innoeventwillresponsibilitybeassumedorimpliedforconsequential
damagesarisingfrominterruptedoperationorothercauses,orforanycostsorliabilitiesincurredbythePurchaserorliability
tothirdparties.AllGoodssubjectofaclaimmustbereturnedtoVICONDeutschlandGmbH,prepaid,insured,properlypacked
andmarkedwiththeRMAnumber.
